What a beautiful evening. Thank you 💖 I feel incredibly grateful that I got to serve the local community in such a beautiful church. This was my first time in a church and the sound was something else, the way it carried though the church and around each person was special.

We arrived in the light and by the time we left, it looked like this….stunning 💖

I always say it, it’s the people who make the night special. What a lovely group this evening. My joy and my drive come from helping people find a way to calm their minds, calm their nervous systems and just forgot about their worries for an hour. And what a stunning place to do this!

Thank you to everyone that attended.

I’ll be back here on 16 July (booking not yet open) but I’ll also be at the Chingford wellbeing fayre on Sat 11 July doing 1-1 taster sessions xx

And this weekend I start more sound training 💖 because I want to keep learning for the wellbeing of everyone who attends one of my soundbaths 💖

We don’t get many chances like this. A soundbath inside a beautiful church.

In a couple of weeks (Thur 21 May, 7.30-8.45pm) I will be holding a Soundbath inside the St Peter and St Paul Chingford Parish Church (the beautiful big church on the Green). It’s a stunning venue and I’d absolutely love for others to share this experience.

My first rose of the season, I’m obsessed! Beltane full moon too!

When I discovered that a lot of roses are no longer scented someone recommended David Austen roses to me, so I bought a DA Rosebush. This rosebush goes absolutely mental every year and oh my goodness it smells amazing!

Yesterday I picked some petals and left them to brew in the sun in some water. I then used this rose water to make rose cacao.

The vibe IS different! It’s very serene, it feels innocent, extremely gentle, it’s hard to explain, it’s almost a pretty vibe (albeit a bit sleepy 💤😍).

At some point I will brew and share rose cacao at a soundbath as it’s a must try. It’s actually where my sound journey began.

I took some video after everyone left last night. Had a fantastic turnout and played my little heart out 💖 It was a special one!

But it wasn’t without challenges! Im such an organised/perhaps controlling 😂 personality and I’m really having to learn to go with the flow!
There was motorbike noises, a flipping choir and I had a complete panic when I couldn’t get the key to access the room to set up! I have a real mental block about key access to new rooms, I am actually manifesting issues that aren’t there 🤪😂

BUT playing a soundbath calmed my nerves…sound really is the best thing! Sound works! And the beauty of doing distance healing meant that I could tune into the room in advance and cleanse it!

It’s something to think about. With all sorts of people coming and going in rented rooms, all sorts of emotions felt during each workshop or class, there will be residual energy in them and a lot of them have smoke detectors so you can’t be getting some palo santos out 😂! I get this with hotel rooms, it took me years to understand why I couldn’t sleep in hotel rooms.

I digress…..but last night, the sound session outweighed the challenges, it went so well, it was a real vibe, I went really deep xx
