Sometimes the quietest growth is the most meaningful.

This week, Wren & Willow reached 300 followers.

It might not sound like a huge number in a world of viral posts and thousands of followers, but it feels incredibly special to me.

Wren & Willow started as an idea and a hope. To see 300 people choosing to follow along, support a small business, recommend me to friends, book treatments, share posts and cheer me on means more than I can put into words.

Those of you who have visited know how much I care about what I do. I want every person who comes through my door to feel welcome, comfortable and looked after, and it means the world to me that so many of you have trusted me to be part of your wellbeing journey.

Every booking, recommendation, like, comment and share has helped Wren & Willow become what it is today.

So this weekend I simply wanted to say thank you.

I'm incredibly grateful for every one of you and I don't take any of your support for granted.

With the lights out and my phone battery dwindling, I probably should be saving the charge... but then this appeared.
One of those gentle reminders that some of the best forms of wellbeing can't be switched on at all.

Spent a really lovely afternoon today with Caron from MayFly Mosaics learning the art of stained glass ✨
It was actually her beautiful mushroom pieces that first drew me in, so of course that’s what I chose to make 🍄
There was something so calming about spending a few hours quietly creating with your hands surrounded by colour, flowers and nature.

One of the little treatment Enhancers at Wren & Willow 🌿

Tonight’s treatment included the Warm Oil Infusion add on… gently heated golden jojoba and aromatherapy oils slowly worked into the scalp and hair for an even deeper sense of calm and comfort.

There’s something so soothing about warm oil treatments. The warmth, the slower pace, the grounding scent of the oils… it turns a treatment into a full ritual rather than simply an add on.

Golden jojoba is such a beautiful oil to work with too. It can leave the hair feeling soft, nourished and glossy whilst helping the scalp feel comforted and conditioned.

I’m quietly obsessed with this beautiful little glass bottle ✨
