Whether you’re booked in for a brow wax, tint or design appointment, a little extra care before and after your treatment can help minimise irritation, protect your skin and keep your brows looking their best.

A few days ago, I shared the exciting news that I had been shortlisted as a finalist in the The Official UK Hair and Beauty Awards Hair & Beauty Awards 2026.

Now that my finalist certificate has a frame and I’ve seen The Brow Fairy MUA featured in HBA Times, it’s finally starting to sink in.

When I started this journey, I simply wanted to help women feel more confident through great brows. I never imagined that one day my work would be recognised on a NATIONAL stage.

Behind every appointment is a client who has trusted me, supported me, recommended me, and allowed me to do what I love every single day.

To be representing as a finalist in the Best for Brows category is something I am incredibly proud of.

Brow maintenance is basically adulting for your eyebrows.

You don’t always notice when your brows have lost their shape, become overgrown or started working against your features... until they’re pampered, tidied, tinted and back to doing their job properly.

Regular brow maintenance isn’t about dramatic changes. It’s about keeping your brows looking fresh, balanced and flattering between bigger transformations.

A little tidy-up.
A little definition.
A little confidence boost.

Sometimes that’s all it takes.

Not every brow journey starts with a perfect canvas.

This lovely client came to me feeling defeated by her old fading PMU. Colour correction wasn’t the right option, and laser removal isn’t possible for her right now.

What she saw in the mirror every day was affecting how she felt about herself.

Yesterday, we tried something simple:
a Hybrid Brow Tint.

No, it’s not a permanent solution.
No, it won’t erase years of old pigment.

But for the first time in a long time, she could see past the old PMU and see possibilities instead.

We now have a plan moving forward, but seeing her reaction yesterday reminded me exactly why I do what I do.

Sometimes it isn’t about creating perfect brows.

It’s about helping someone feel like themselves again.

And yes, there may have been a few happy tears. 🥹
THIS is what my job is about.
