With every healing session I do come powerful images, I try to describe these to my clients and sometimes Ai will provide me with an image as I've described.

Last week I witnessed a Gold Compass, a very strong and elegant 4 pointed star.

I saw this as a symbol of safe passage, guided direction and being safe to move forward in glorious light.

As we approach the end of the Year of the Snake, we honour the shedding.
Old skins fall away — identities, patterns, stories that have done their work. The snake teaches us wisdom through release, reminding us that growth requires letting go.

Although we cross into a new Western year, the Year of the Horse does not begin immediately.
There is still time for final shedding, soft clearing, and integration. No rush. No forcing. Just listening to what is still ready to fall away.

When the Horse energy truly arrives, it brings movement and momentum.
The year begins with a gentle trot — finding balance and direction — before naturally building into a canter, and eventually a full-hearted gallop. Freedom, courage, and forward motion.

We are also crossing a powerful threshold:
