🚩 A Little Reminder About Appointments 🚩

Thanks so much for your continued support. Every single booking is hugely appreciated.

I understand that sometimes life gets in the way and unexpected things happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, can I kindly ask that you give us as much notice as possible.

Unfortunately, no shows and last minute cancellations have become more frequent recently. When this happens, it's very difficult to fill those appointment slots at short notice, and it has a direct impact on my small business and consequently livelihood.

Out of respect for my time and for other clients waiting for appointments, no shows and last minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or a deposit being required to secure future bookings.

Thank you for your understanding and for respecting my time. I can't do this without you lovely folk and I hope to be working with you long into the future.
