Who do you dread calling to sort out financial bills/service’s?

☎️ I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes with Virgin Media who are making me answer the security questions AGAIN (3rd time same call!!) 😡

Thank goodness you don’t have to do any of this with me at group!! Personal service, local person, including personal experience at losing weight myself!! (Over 3 stone!)

Yesterday I took a trip to the odeon cinema with friends and saw this….

I was shocked at the size and also the way it was left in the corridor…

🍿 ready made and in huge vac packed bags

Do you or can you Shop local?

I’m self employed and franchise owner with Slimming World, and appreciate all these businesses helping me by displaying a poster, showing the local group sessions where we can support our members to lose weight, keep it off and build healthy habits if they are taking weight loss medication (we do not prescribe it) - join my groups Mondays at Calvary church next week 🤩

And from Chatting to some fellow business owners - we all know how it feels when customers go “quiet” so take a little time to it’s often friendlier for the planet (📦delivery!) your pocket (💷cheaper!) and as a small business owner I know how much every person trusting in me helps (like these small businesses I visited) ❤️ 👀

Spreading the Slimming World Macclesfield & Bollington word today - I’m out and about popping posters up in our local shops and businesses!
Was hoping to avoid rain ☔️

This morning I’m missing my sidekick Slimming World Macclesfield with Ali (she’s in a fancy boot having broken her heel!) and Zoe from our Saturday group is leaving our team end of September (I’ll be looking after the Saturday from October) aswell as running my Mondays at the Calvary church and Tuesday groups In bollington too! ❤️
So it’s just me!!

I’ve managed to get a few posters up already, however due to me being extra early and shops not open fully, I’ve stopped at The Lounges for a coffee
