Some time ago I took part in a sleep assessment using EEG brainwave monitoring while also wearing my Oura ring and Garmin watch.

Looking back at the results today, the biggest insight wasn’t about technology — it was about how easy it is to become too focused on optimising sleep.

I realised recently how much of my life I’ve spent rushing: conversations, decisions, even my own thoughts.
A gentle “slow down” in a coaching supervision session shifted everything for me.
If you’re in a season of rushing too, maybe this gives you something to think about.
And truly, "Time to Think" by Nancy Kline is worth reading.

If there is one sentence that describes me perfectly, it is this: I am endlessly curious.

In January 2026 many headlines said the US “reversed the food pyramid”.
It’s not one big announcement, but a slow change towards real food, less ultra-processed food and better energy.

As a Polish woman living in the UK, this feels familiar to me: kefir, fermented food and home cooking and home made bread were always normal in my culture. I’m not a nutrition expert, but I’ve read a lot, experimented on myself (fasting, glucose tracking), and seen how food affects energy, mood and daily decisions.

A few months ago, my friend Bee Jeziorska invited me to join her project. An important initiative exploring what confidence and belonging mean for immigrant and expat women today.
I had the honor of meeting extraordinary women from around the world each navigating their own confidence challenges, yet united by one shared desire: to feel that we truly belong.

I had the privilege of delivering one of the workshops: “From Inner Critic to Inner Ally”. Together, we shared stories, challenged limiting beliefs, and discovered that confidence isn’t about being perfect it’s about showing up as yourself.

As a part of the project Bee created the first issue of Belong with Confidence magazine ((https://lnkd.in/dNvw5MKn), and I’m proud that my story is part of it. It’s about moving from Poland to the UK, psychological safety, belonging and learning that quiet strength is still strength.

When I was living in Poland, I used to treat Wszystkich Świętych (All Saints’ Day) as an obligation. It was something everyone simply did because families expected it, visiting cemeteries, lighting candles, placing flowers. I went because I had to, not because I wanted to.

But something has changed over the past two years. Now, when I return to Poland for this day, I go because I want to be there. It has become a time of genuine reflection and connection rather than a family duty.
