The next meeting will be held in the evening, offering a chance for patients who are busy during the day a chance to get involved with the group.

If you're interested in learning more about what's going on at the Practice, joining up with other patients, and promoting local health initiatives - we'd love to see you there! The group is open to all Middlewood patients aged 16 and over 💚💙
