I genuinely don’t know where to start with this incredible lady… I am absolutely in AWE of her! 🥹🌟

Last night Helen achieved her TARGET after losing an unbelievable OVER 5 STONE! 😍👏👏👏

What a MASSIVE achievement and so incredibly well deserved. Helen is such a lovely lady and a true inspiration — her determination, commitment and belief in herself have been phenomenal. ❤️

And because apparently reaching TARGET wasn’t enough for one night… she only went and bagged SLIMMER OF THE WEEK AGAIN too!! 😂🔥🏆

Helen, you are AMAZING. Watching you achieve this has been an absolute privilege and I couldn’t be prouder of you.

Last night Laura picked up her incredible 3½ STONE AWARD 🎉👏 and WOW does she deserve it!

She works SO hard, gives her all to her journey and has become such a huge part of our group. ❤️ She’s always there sharing her gorgeous recipes, brilliant tips and ideas, helping and inspiring other members along the way.

Laura, watching you absolutely blossom and seeing everything you’re achieving is just wonderful. 🥰

From Monday 7th September, our group will be moving from Maesteg Squash Club to Maesteg RFC 🏉

⏰ REVISED TIMES

❤️ WHAT A NIGHT AT MAESTEG! ❤️

A HUGE THANK YOU to every single one of our lovely members tonight. 🥰

Tonight wasn’t just about the scales… it was about YOU. ❤️

Hearing so many of you share your stories, opening up about where your journey started, the ups, the downs, the battles, the breakthroughs… and where you are NOW was honestly quite emotional. 🥹❤️

There were a few lumps in throats… but don’t worry, we soon balanced it out with plenty of giggles and laughter! 😂🤣

And WOW… fantastic weight losses and some absolutely BRILLIANT awards handed out tonight! 🏆👏🔥

These are the nights that remind me exactly why group is so special. It’s not just about losing weight — it’s about supporting each other, learning from each other and knowing you’re never doing this journey alone. ❤️

I’m incredibly proud of you all.
