Fabulous 1:1 this morning. Crystals were out again and this time to make the solar system.

Then chilling to the max with The Dream Machine book.

Always a lovely time with this young person.🙂

Such a lush 1:1 last night with a young person that is as obsessed with crystals as me. Lots of exploring and relaxing with lights and singing bowls. My job is the best.

NAME CHANGE INCOMING...

Activating my Owl brain to make good choices🦉🦉🦉

Over the last 6 months or so I have been reflecting on my work and what it is that I do ( i find it really hard to explain to others as its so different for each child/young person)

Ultimately I support children & young people to be themselves and be confident in who they are. With that comes alot of different paths & new skills, and learning for everyone in that individuals life. Positive mental health and happiness being the ultimate focus. Feel free to say what you think it is I do?🙂

Anyway...I work under the Relax Kids brand and pay to do so, but only really use their approach for a very small percentage of my work . Therefore I will be moving away from the 'brand' Relax Kids and putting everything under the umbrella of Relax & Reset Wellbeing Services.

Just me, doing my thing. No changes to how I work just a different logo. I will keep this page for the Children's aspect of my work and it will just look a little different once I have finalised all the admin! Give me a couple of months🤞

I do need a name for the Children's part of the business though so any suggestions are welcome from my young people🥰

Thanks for all your support these last 7 years getting me to this point

Annalisa
