- Birth choices
- Bringing baby home
- Role of the birthing partner.
The worshop provides a great opportunity to come together before your baby is born.
It will provide you and your birthing partner with the tools to cope with some of the challenges of pregnancy and birth.
It will instil confidence in your ability to birth your baby.
