Ceremonial Cacao vs Cacoa Powder —> What’s the difference between them?

Take a breath, pause, stop the scroll and find your feet on the ground once again; cup of Cacao in hand, sun on your face and tune into the sounds of nature around you.

Iced Cacao Recipe:

Ingredients:

• 25-40g Cacao Sita Cacao

• 100ml hot water

• 150ml Plant Milk

• Ice

•1 tsp Maple Syrup or Panela (Optional)

• 1 flat tsp of Cinnamon

• Pinch of Rose Blossom powder

• Pinch of Sea Salt

Method:

Melt the cacao into the hot water.

Whisk until smooth and creamy.

Add maple syrup, cinnamon, rose and salt.

Pour oat milk over ice.

Top up with Cacao

Stir and enjoy.
