We often see how people respond to triggers and we we only believe that they don’t love us when in reality is how they have been trained to respond against stress and trauma. Healing our dynamics are the dust step in self love and love others. Chocolate raises our dopamine levels, a kind of ‘feel good’ chemical in our brains… same as relationships, especially at the beginning where we are seeing everything with our rose coloured lenses….

at Milan, when traveling was a thing and you could just be in a different country on a whim, having coffee with loved ones, friends and family. This was me making arrangements to get married in Italy 8 years ago, our dreamed wedding!!! will be sharing more about that magical day in the next few weeks but the process we go through when building the relationship we want is as important or more that the wedding day! Thats where we need to pay attention and build the basis of our dreams so they can come through and be our reality.
