✨ Forehead Anti-Wrinkle | Before & After ✨

These photos show the before and after results of a forehead anti-wrinkle treatment.

The client initially came to us with the goal of treating the forehead only. However, during the consultation, we explained the underlying anatomy and how the muscles in this area work together.

The forehead muscle (frontalis) is responsible for lifting the eyebrows, while the frown complex (corrugator supercilii & procerus) contributes to pulling the brows down and together.

Because these muscles work in opposition to each other, treating the forehead in isolation can affect the natural balance of the brow. For this client, we therefore chose to treat both the forehead and frown areas, creating a more balanced muscular framework — essentially allowing the frown complex to act as a counterbalance/scaffold for the forehead.

The aim isn’t simply to “freeze” one area or remove every line. It’s about understanding facial anatomy, muscle dynamics and balance to achieve a result that looks natural and appropriate for the individual.

✨ The consultation is just as important as the treatment. Understanding WHY we treat an area is what allows us to treat it safely and thoughtfully.
