Have that nervous feeling creep in when you’ve got a few meals out coming up?

The thing is, fat loss is a phase, the end goal is maintaining your happy weight tracking free.

Right let’s take a moment to be cheesy af because I wanna.

I remember crying on my living room floor at 30 years old after my ex told me he’d got someone else pregnant and I thought my life was over.

I couldn’t leave the house.

I had to move back in with my mum and dad.

I’d stopped performing in my late 20’s and had been living a boring af life thinking making my fella dinner of an evening was what life was, and being made to feel that any dream you had was stupid.

There was nothing about my thirties that felt flirty and thriving, just absolute pure life is over vibes (lol).

Now 4 years later,

I’ve seen more of the world than I ever had before 30,

I have set up 2 businesses,

Performed again for artists on massive stages that I thought would never happen,

Travelled solo,

Done public speaking gigs about s**t I know about,

Been asked for my opinion and been printed in cosmo and women’s health magazine,

Spoken on panels,

Meet the best people I have in my life,

Fell in love with someone that wants to do all this crazy s**t with me,

and I’ve not even done half of what I want to do.

Had a moment after FitXPO this weekend where I thought, f**k me, I never would have believed life could look like this.

So if your s**t is falling apart, life isn’t over.

Things happen for you, not to you.

Ps legit shout out to my ex because the content I have gotten out of that and the way everything has gone uphill since then is unbelievable ✌️

If I had had some ‘normal’ people to look up to,

some not so put together humans being honest about what they thought and how they felt,

who were authentic without having to tell you they were about to be first,

I probably could have unf**ked myself a lot sooner.

Hopefully that’s what we were for you guys that came to the event yesterday.

We will continue to fight against the bulls**t, one piece of messed up advice at a time.
