POV: Working in phases inside the EMA
Most guys I speak to aren’t stuck with not knowing what to do

Phase 1️⃣ Evoluation (months 1-4)
Here we build the foundations and habits for life with 5 pillars - nutrition, training, recovery, activity, mindset. Most guys drop around 10kg here to build their best ever shape
Phase 2️⃣ Building Purpose (months 5-8)
We shift towards building more muscle, focusing on an event, a race, a competition. The training shifts and a new belief is instilled
Phase 3️⃣ Peak Capabilities (months 9-14)
Body shape is locked in for life, strength peaks, fitness and speed is at it’s highest ever and make sure to be race ready
Phase 4️⃣ Thrive (months 15-20)
This is where tracking starts dropping off and a more intuitive way of eating gets applied with the knowledge that has been built around food and fuelling
Phase 5️⃣ Fit For Life (months 20+)
You have developed the framework and system you need to make progress forever! Never looking back and being an inspiration to the people around you
