If you have children, you know the importance of giving them a healthy start in life. We believe that healthy kids come from healthy homes, so we’ve made it our mission to help the whole family cultivate positive habits. Healthy Starts for Families is a wellness initiative designed to inspire healthy living at home and empower families to make the simple but meaningful lifestyle changes that will help them forward on their journey to better health.

We also believe that adopting a healthy lifestyle is a holistic effort, which is why we focus on four core pillars of wellness, nutrition, fitness, hydration and sleep.

I also love having our bars handy in my bag when out and about.
These snack packs are great for work, when traveling, or when there may be unhealthy food that is so tempting.
These four are particularly great because they don’t require any cooking at all. Each of these recipes is enough to make three snack boxes, but feel free to double the recipes to get you through all week. .

Empowering Healthy Families is for you and your family if:

You LOVE food as much as I do and you don't want to deprive yourself of the flavours and delicious tastes of worldwide cuisine. You struggle with your children eating habits, sick of the I don’t knows or fussy eaters.

Your a rockstar mama who's body has been changed by the pregnancy and you want to feel like YOU again.

You've struggled with weight most of your life, tried various different diets, pills, shakes, wraps, lotions and potions but you can't seem to win the battle. You want to learn how to make healthy choices and still enjoy treats and life to the full.

Im a mummy myself who is a Health, Nutrition and Wellness coach.
Ive tried pretty much every diet that you can think of, slimming pills, shakes, wraps, no carbs diet, low fat diet, slashed our calorie intake below 1000 a day. Yea, I know, I was desperate.

That's when I really started to dig deep for a more permanent solution and I found it.

Number 1 and this is the most important part of any weight loss and health journey is having the right mindset. Once I started training my mindset and feeding it the right stuff, things started changing naturally and I learnt to accept and love my body and the way I am.

My personal journey started 3 years ago but it would be selfish of me if I kept it all to myself.
