I am in awe of the athletes today. and .coaching you have created something so incredible special. Thank you for allowing us to be part of today.

I DID IT!!!! There were some very dark moments in that race. My calf went at mile 4. At 10k I panicked that I wouldn’t finish. I had to have a very strong word with myself on multiple occasions.

I had the best support crew in the world. They lifted me and kept me going. The power of the mind is truly incredible. I do not know how I managed to keep going today. I am so proud of myself.

You can do hard things! It’s meant to hurt- but is it meant to hurt this much?!!!

I will get back to fixing you all later this week but for now I need to fix myself 🤣🥴

Thank you to everyone who has wished me luck for tomorrow. Thank you also to all my clients who have trusted me to take care of them through their marathon prep.

Thanks for keeping me on track and accountable.

I’m more nervous for this marathon than any of my others. Whatever happens tomorrow, I’m proud of how hard I’ve worked over the past 4 months (and more). It’s been hard work but my favourite mantra is “life is hard”. So let’s just keep going!!
