👏 I'm celebrating strength, resilience, and the many stories women carry.
🎗️ Not my best look in the second photo but I wanted to be brave and share this today. This photo was taken just after my endometriosis surgery and honestly a roller coaster of years of unexplained pain and upset which profoundly changed me as a therapist and a person.
💪 I can't win every fight with endometriosis and adenomyosis (look this one up too!) but I win as many rounds as I can.
✨ This stuff isn't the polished side of running a business or working in healthcare (and I'm definitely no social media influencer!), but it’s a very real part of my journey.
🤍 Like so many women, I’ve experienced the ups and downs that come with living in a body that doesn’t always behave the way we expect. Pain, recovery, uncertainty, resilience, they’re all part of the story.
🌿 These experiences shape how I show up for my clients as a physiotherapist and holistic therapist.
💓 They remind me that behind every injury, diagnosis, or setback is a whole person navigating their own challenges, hopes, and goals.
🌻With Move More Mindfully, my aim isn’t just to treat symptoms, it’s to support you through your full journey: the setbacks, the progress, the small wins, and the bigger comebacks. I'm there with you.
💃Movement isn’t just about performance. It’s about living as fully as we can, even through life’s unpredictable moments.
