Lovely friendly classes, just £6 pp, and refreshments and biscuits available afterwards on a Tuesday & Thursday just for a £1 !!! 😁

Pilates Body & Mind (PBM) is one of the best programmes there is for a good all over, slow steady floor and standing exercises for strengthening and toning workout with a fully qualified instructor for over 40 years.
