This summer at YOMI Studio in East Farndon, Market Harborough ~ experience 7 weeks of diving deep into the medicinal world of Breathwork

Breathwork has taken its place on the winners table when it comes to modalities used for healing, deep inner personal work and tangible self transformation

Every experience is unique and different and typically brings exactly what it needs to bring: what we are ready to receive. There’s no comparison between sessions, breathwork seems to have a divine capacity to pull us into the places that need illuminating and tending to within us, as well as drawing us into the spaces and potentials we’re ready to finally fulfil.

Ultimately, out with the old and in with the new. A cleanse, a charge, a reset, an upgrade, a shift, a renewal. This is that.

And the more we tune into this, the more we’ll want to choose the high vibrational food!

The difference between how processed foods and {healthy} home-prepared-from-scratch snacks and meals makes us feel in our body energetically is so profound - and once we tune into this regularly it’ll be the only way we decide what we want to eat - our body will tell us 🥰

One of my greatest joys is preparing homemade snacks so there’s always something in the fridge if any of us want a sweet treat (but also want to still feel like we’ve nourished our body!) - it’s so much easier and less time consuming that you might think. It’s just a switch of mindset.

I literally absorbed grumpiness form this pizza hut meal, it was simply a super low vibrational meal, and we genuinely felt the shift so obviously afterwards: like a sad, grumpy, low life force energy that stirred from within. Not worth it in my humble opinion!
