I aim to ease your concerns, listen attentively, and encourage you to view your situation more clearly, recognising it for what it truly is rather than what you may fear it to be.
Whether on a one-off basis or regularly, or just whenever you need some support or someone to talk to to steady your nerves and calm your mind.
Bookings are by the hour, however, I offer a 1/2 phone call to those who need a pick up, someone to talk to, or someone to encourage or uplift them in a moment during their week where they are feeling they need extra support.
