GYM PLAN 💪

One of the biggest mistakes people make in the gym is turning up without a plan.

They jump from machine to machine, do random exercises and then wonder why they aren’t progressing.

Having a structured gym plan gives you direction, consistency and a way to measure progress over time.

My own training is simple. Two gym sessions per week. One upper body workout and one lower body workout.

Nothing fancy. Just a plan that I follow consistently.

When you know what exercises you’re doing, what weights you’re lifting and what you’re trying to improve, every workout has a purpose.

You don’t need the perfect programme.

You need a plan that you can stick to week after week.

Turn up.
Follow the plan.
Track your progress.
Get stronger.

MONDAY WORKOUT CLASS 💪

A lot of people ask if the class is suitable for them.

The answer is yes.

The class isn’t specifically tailored to each individual like a Personal Training session would be. PT is completely personalised to your goals, injuries, ability and training needs.

However, that’s the beauty of the class.

Everyone works at their own level and pushes themselves to their own limits. Some people are looking to improve mobility, some want to build strength, some want to improve fitness, and others simply want to move more and feel better.

It’s a great mix of people, abilities and goals, all training together in a friendly and supportive environment.

You don’t need to be fit to start. You just need to turn up and do your best.

TIRED, ACHY & STRUGGLING?

How many times have you sat around a table with friends or family and heard the same conversations?

➡️ “My back hurts.”
➡️ “I’m always tired.”
➡️ “I’ve put weight on.”
➡️ “I’ve got no energy.”
➡️ “My joints ache.”
➡️ “I know I should do something about it.”

The reality is most people know what they need to do, but taking that first step is often the hardest part.

Exercise doesn’t have to mean spending hours in the gym or training like an athlete. Sometimes it starts with simply moving more, getting stronger, improving your mobility and building healthy habits that fit around your lifestyle.

The good news? Small changes done consistently can make a huge difference.

Most people talk about their problems.

Few take action.

Your Body Is Your Responsibility

We only get one body, yet most people wait until they’re injured, in pain, or have a health scare before they start looking after it.

The truth is that your health is shaped by the small choices you make every day. How much you move, what you eat, how well you sleep, and how consistently you exercise all add up over time.

It’s not about being perfect. It’s about being consistent.

One of the things I mention in the article is my mum, who has recently started training with me. After just a few sessions she’s already moving better, feeling stronger, and doing exercises she never thought she could do. It’s never too late to start.

Whether your goal is to get stronger, lose weight, improve your fitness, reduce aches and pains, or simply stay independent as you get older, the best time to start is now.
