GYM PLAN 💪
One of the biggest mistakes people make in the gym is turning up without a plan.
They jump from machine to machine, do random exercises and then wonder why they aren’t progressing.
Having a structured gym plan gives you direction, consistency and a way to measure progress over time.
My own training is simple. Two gym sessions per week. One upper body workout and one lower body workout.
Nothing fancy. Just a plan that I follow consistently.
When you know what exercises you’re doing, what weights you’re lifting and what you’re trying to improve, every workout has a purpose.
You don’t need the perfect programme.
You need a plan that you can stick to week after week.
Turn up.
Follow the plan.
Track your progress.
