Reminder to pause and take a moment to practice self love 💖

It is the season of love. As we celebrate those dearest to us this month, make sure you celebrate yourself too!

With a deep breath in, imagine you are looking at yourself. As you exhale, you notice all of the things you love about yourself shine out of you in a golden light. This could be your smile, your sense of humour, how kind you are, or those killer legs you have been working out.

With another breath, really concentrate on the things that make you you, hold your breath and hold on to this feeling of self-love.

As you exhale, feel a smile come to your face. Take a moment to note the things you love about yourself as a reminder for those harder days.
