I gave my first injection as a 19-year-old medical student… and since then, I’ve safely done more injections than I’ve had hot dinners. 🥂

Listening and Understanding.

This lovely patient was apprehensive of having toxin treatment due to previous side effects (heavy brow and heavy eyelids). We discussed these worries together and I LISTENED. Possibly the greatest skill a clinician can develop.

We reached an UNDERSTANDING together after a detailed consultation. 💉☺️

Toxin injection is a medicine and with any medicine it is a balancing act between benefits and risks. As a doctor this is always at the forefront of my action plan with treatments. Balancing benefit and risk.

Our plan was to treat super cautiously with reduced dosing. We can therefore treat to the desired effect. What a difference! Thank you for your patience patient!
