We are looking for a Care Manager to work across our Residential settings in Haverfordwest.

🧡Are you an experienced manager within the Health & Social Care sector?
🩵Can you support up to 30 beds within a setting?
💚Are you motivated to drive change and develop staff?

What do we need?

📕A Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care.
📘A full UK Driving Licence
📗The Right to Work in the UK

A great cycle, some beautiful scenery and plenty of time out enjoying the fresh air — what better way to spend a Sunday? 💚

There’s something special about getting out and enjoying the local community and Mark certainly made the most of his walk around Neyland Marina! 😊

With the support of Kelly, Mark was able to get out, enjoy the fresh air and take in the marina at his own pace.

It’s moments like these that show what great support is all about helping the people we support enjoy the things they love, build independence and make the most of their day. 💚

Gillian has been out and about enjoying a scarecrow hunt, spotting some wonderfully quirky characters along the way — including plenty of Wombles! 🐾👀

With the sun shining and plenty to discover, it was the perfect opportunity to get out, explore, enjoy the beautiful Pembrokeshire scenery and have a good bit of fun along the way. ☀️🌳
