To celebrate 1 year of sound bath sessions come and join me for a sound bath followed by a cold water dip 💦

Sunday 26 July
7pm
£11
A small gift will be given out 🔮

The dip is voluntary, I am no cold water expert so it will be at your own risk.

What to bring -
Chair (if you have 1)
Towel
Water socks & gloves
Swim wear
Warm drink
Dry robe
Comfy lose clothing

I have spare mats if anyone wants to use 1
We will also light a wee fire 🔥

I was saying on Sunday that night 2 after a sound bath I always sleep without waking up! Happens every time.

I’m always a good sleeper and get a minimum of 7hrs but sometimes can wake quite a bit.

Sound baths can help your body & mind relax meaning a good nights sleep ✨

I'm feeling incredibly grateful today after receiving such wonderful feedback. It was a privilege to hold space for you all, and seeing so many of you take time to relax, reset, and reconnect.

Thank you for your energy, presence, and trust throughout the session. It means so much to hear how the experience resonated with you.
