There’s something about that first pumpkin spice drink of the year that officially signals autumn has arrived. If you’re not quite ready to swap your iced coffee for a hot drink, this Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew is the perfect in-between. 🎃☕

What you’ll need:
☕ 300 ml of your favourite coffee (caffeinated or decaf)
🧊 Ice cubes

For the Spiced Pumpkin Cold Foam:
🎃 30 ml plant-based heavy cream
🥛 30 ml oat milk
✨ 30 ml vegan condensed milk
🎃 30 g canned pumpkin puree
🌿 1 drop Ginger essential oil

Method:
🎃 Add ice to a glass, pour over your coffee and stir.
🎃 Add all the cold foam ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
🎃 Pour the pumpkin foam over your coffee.
🎃 Finish with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon
