As we step through this bank holiday weekend I’m honestly so surprised that it’s already time to post this! How can we possibly be almost halfway through the year!

As my ‘work’ life starts to shift, my offerings in June look a little different but no less exciting!

As always, my monthly sound bath will be a space for fully switching off, and receiving healing without having to move a muscle. The most dreamy form of rest, allow the crystal bowls to carry your stresses and worries away as you sink into deep relaxation and your nervous system unwinds.

The new gathering that I’m collaborating with to bring is a space for creative souls to gather, explore their inner world, forge community and release limitations. A space for sharing, and unraveling narratives that have kept your creativity small… our intention is to be a space for you to explore and unleash everything that’s within you, in a safe, supportive space of creative souls.

And as we read the midpoint of the year and the longest, brightest day, Chloe and I are so excited to be holding a day-long circle to celebrate the sun. This is in place of this month’s full moon circle, and is going to be packed full of incredible rituals and practices to connect with the energy of the brightest day, including a cacao ceremony, flower crown crafting ritual, earth magic, sharing circle and more… plus lunch is being provided by the amazing .opentable to keep your hearts and stomachs nourished and happy as we move through the day.

The longest, lightest day of the year is just a few weeks away and we are here to CELEBRATE! A full day of rituals and practices to connect to the earth, yourself and other like-minded souls, the Summer Solstice is going to be incredible this year at Nourish Holistic Wellbeing and Healing Centre.

Chloe and Nisha are so excited to be offering this celebration, and invite you to embrace your natural seasonal rhythms and cycles as we journey with the energy of the Solstice. With Flower Crowns, Cacao, Earth Magic, and much, much more, its bound to be a day of deep connection and self exploration, peppered with frivolity.

A seasonal, nutritious, Middle Eastern- style lunch will be provided by Maya’s Open Table, who received rave reviews from the guests on our last retreat day, and is as passionate about food as we are about wellbeing!

And when the day is over... Chloe and Nisha will be journeying to Campbell Park, flower crowns atop their heads, to watch and celebrate the sunset... and you are of course, invited to join.

Yesterday was nothing short of a dream come true.
Holding these spaces, with incredible women like and by my side is the biggest privilege of my life and I’m absolutely honoured to organise and facilitate these gorgeous day retreats. 🌀🌻🔥

I’m overwhelmed with gratitude this morning as I reflect on all that we journeyed through yesterday. Thank you to every single guest who attended, and to the gorgeous ladies who held space right alongside me. 💕🙏🌸

New moon blessings, darling ones. This Ta**us energy may find you in a space of balance and stability, and feel like it’s going to support you in planting intentions and manifesting the magic that you are due… or you may find yourself in the more dark feminine energy of this New Moon, it’s alignment with goddesses like Medusa, Hecate and wild divine feminine deeply rooted in both the cosmos and the earth…

Wherever you feel the energy of this dark moon… I invite you to connect with the earth and ask for her guidance, wisdom and balance. Mother Nature will always be by our side to guide us, to gift us and to hold us. The most simple practices are always the most potent… something that is easily forgotten in a world where spirituality is being ‘sold’ in various different guises, seemingly everywhere right now. Reject this narrative. Embrace connection. And put your bare feet and hands upon the earth today, if you can.

May is a portal, and right now we are in the very middle of it!

A month of powerful shifts, deep transformation and cosmic support as we move through two full moons, both inviting us to release, realign and step more fully into our authenticity.

This coming weekend’s new moon energy brings themes of renewal, empowerment and intention setting.

Then, at the end of the month, the Full Moon in Sagittarius arrives. Wild, expansive, clarifying and liberating.
Sagittarius energy asks us to widen our perspective, trust the path ahead and move courageously towards the life that is most aligned.

This circle is an invitation to pause, reconnect with yourself, gather in community and honour where you are on your journey. With cacao included and a beautiful full moon ritual to honour the energy of the blue moon, if your soul has been craving connection, clarity or a reminder of your own power, this space is for you.

We are so excited to introduce Creative Core Unleashed; a brand-new gathering created to empower you to explore and express your creative mind in a space designed to nurture confidence, freedom and self-expression.

With Arri and Nisha holding space for you, this is an invitation to move towards the feeling of being limitless. To create without judgement. To reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been quietened by pressure, expectation, comparison or invisible ‘rules’ about who you should be and how creativity should look.

We know first-hand that being a creative soul can sometimes feel stifling in a world that asks us to fit neatly into boxes… but this space is about releasing those imposed limitations and finding liberation within a supportive and inspiring community.

Together, we’ll explore creativity as healing, expression as empowerment, and connection as a pathway back to authenticity.
