After being laid up for days with a knee injury, I've not been able to dance. If i cant dance then i suffer with low mood. Kayleigh suggested I do her body scan meditation. I am shocked, from literally not being able to out pressure on my leg to getting my groove back. I'm grateful it worked and I'm back on my feet.
