Since starting the Hong Kong painting in September last year, I've found it really difficult to do any painting because of my feelings of depression😞. It had been months since I put paint to canvas,🎨 until a few weeks ago. And this is because of a mindfulness course I've been doing.
It has allowed me to accept myself as I am now😀, have a hope in the future and see my painting in a new way.
I'm looking forward to continuing this journey of discovery that I've started this year, and hope to share it with you all. xx
