Last night we held our Monthly women’s gathering.
We sat in circle, sharing and holding space for one and other.
We made our own sacred anointing oil and practiced a ritual together and then before leaving we moved our bodies and danced and roared moving out what once felt stagnant or heavy.
We laughed, we cried and we witnessed.

That’s the Friday night I crave 🤍
