We’ll come together with cacao to honour our ancestors, connect with the wisdom of those who came before us, and journey into the unseen through shamanic journeying.

The evening will close with a sacred fire ceremony under the stars, offering space for reflection, release and intention.

We will sip cacao and eat nourishing soups, designed to comfort the soul and awaken your senses.

There will be chance for reflective journaling to explore your inner thoughts and intentions as we transition into the autumn season.

We will have time to Unleash your creativity through autumn crafting activity.

We will then transition to a gentle and restorative yoga session that will harmonise the body and mind, allowing you to unwind and rejuvenate..

Finally, surrender to the soothing vibrations of our sound and guided meditation journey, designed to deepen your relaxation and enhance your connection to the present moment.
Afterwards you can just lay and sleep, giving yourself the space to fully rest.
