In kids yoga, meditation doesn’t have to mean sitting perfectly still. It can be rainbow breathing, listening to calming sounds, mindful movement, or simply taking a quiet moment to notice how we feel ☁️
These small mindful moments can help children build focus, confidence, emotional awareness, and resilience as they grow. Sometimes just one deep breath can change the whole day 🌈
