I’ve had lots of new enquiries and clients recently, so if you’re new here, hello! 👋🏼 And if you’ve been here a while, I thought it was time to properly reintroduce myself and share a little more about why I do what I do.
I’m Chloe, a Specialist Midwife in Complementary Therapies and practising NHS Midwife. 🤍
I feel passionately about women’s health, education and helping women feel informed, supported and confident throughout their journey into motherhood, especially…
✨ Preconception care
Helping you understand your menstrual cycle, fertility health and lifestyle factors that can support your wellbeing while preparing for pregnancy.
✨ Antenatal education
Giving you the knowledge to understand your options, ask questions and make informed choices throughout pregnancy and birth.
✨ Birth preparation
Preparing for birth in a way that feels right for you, whether you’re planning a vaginal birth or caesarean birth, I offer treatments and advice personalised to you.
✨ Postnatal care
I believe postnatal care deserves so much more attention. Whether you’re recovering from a vaginal birth or C-section, navigating feeding challenges, dealing with aches and pains, or simply need some time for yourself — you deserve support too.
Alongside my midwifery knowledge and experience, I offer:
🌿 Acupuncture
🌿 Massage & aromatherapy
🌿 Reflex Zone Therapy
🌿 Moxibustion
🌿 C-section scar therapy
These therapies can be tailored throughout your journey — from preconception and supporting your natural cycle, to pregnancy concerns such as sickness, pelvic girdle pain, backache, sciatica and sleep difficulties, through to postnatal recovery and wellbeing.
But ultimately, my aim is bigger than the treatments themselves, I want women to feel heard, informed, prepared and supported. I want you to understand your choices, feel confident asking questions and feel empowered to make decisions about your own body and your own birth. ✨
So, whether you’re preparing for pregnancy, currently pregnant, getting ready for birth or navigating those early weeks of motherhood, I’m here to help 🤍
If you’d like to know more about my treatments or availability, please get in touch. 🥰
