We are holding an open day for you to pop down between 11am and 1pm no appointment necessary, to see what we do and for you to see our space, without the commitment.

Why not come down, have a chat and ask any questions.

🤩 September has arrived and with it comes some more workshops.

Bit different this month, we have guessed speakers coming in, to talk about different therapies and give some demonstrations, to show what is available in the area, but also it is chance to “meet the therapist”, ask questions, (no question is silly)

We only have limited space, so please PM to book or other contact details are on the poster.

☔️ The spits and spots of rain did not stop us!!!
Thank you to those who joined us yesterday, such a change from recent weeks, hardly any people on the beach or the prom.
Why not join us?? Every Wednesday meet at 12 noon at the maritime centre, walking to the needles eye cafe & back, approx 1 hour. No need to book, just turn up. See you next week 😎

Ever wondered what the treatments are that we offer why not come down and have a chat to Sheila, and she will explain without any commitment to book.

😎 It was warmer than we thought!!
Just a few pics from our walk & talk yesterday as lots of people enjoying the beach and prom which was lovely to see.
