We had our final sound check at Northcroft Lido yesterday for Friday evening's very first Floating Sound Bath, and honestly… we're even more excited now!! ✨🌿💧

Everything came together beautifully. The gentle sounds of the amplified instruments blended perfectly with the sounds of nature — the birds, the breeze, and the water all around us.

There is something so special about the atmosphere here. It felt incredibly calming and peaceful, and the stillness was just pure bliss.

The Lido really is such a hidden little gem — tucked away, serene, and the perfect place to switch off and unwind.

We genuinely can't wait to welcome everyone on Friday and share this experience with you all! 🫶
(Now we're just keeping our fingers crossed that the weather stays as lovely as it's looking right now! ☀️🤞)

10/10 -If could put 100 I would! This experience started for me last summer at the very first Sound bath held at Thamesdown hydro pool. Well as far as I know! It hit me like a freight train! The weightless feeling, the stillness of the water only rippling with sound of the beautiful music played. I fell in love with the experience that day and am still in love with it. It takes away all my stresses and worries and leaves me feeling so relaxed I could float home. And the night's sleep I have is out of this world! Even during the oppressive heat last night! I didn't stir til 8 this morning!
I ramble on I know but if you get chance to take up the experience, do it! In a heartbeat! It's just mind blowing! Thank you Angela & the fantastic team 💜

✨ What a truly special evening we shared on Tuesday at Thamesdown Hydrotherapy Pool in Swindon. 💙

For a magical hour, 11 wonderful people—most of them returning to experience it all again—stepped away from the noise, the demands, and the busyness of everyday life, and simply allowed themselves to float.

Wrapped in the warm embrace of the hydrotherapy pool, they drifted weightlessly in complete calm, surrounded by beautiful, gentle sounds and a feeling of pure relaxation.

Watching people leave looking lighter, calmer, and more refreshed is always a reminder to me of how important it is to make time for yourself. In a world that never seems to stop, giving yourself permission to pause can be one of the most valuable gifts of all.

And there’s something truly magical about the combination of floating effortlessly and being immersed in soothing sound. It’s a level of relaxation that’s hard to put into words—and even harder to compare to anything else.
