🏌️ "I'm worried my golfing days are numbered."
It's something I hear surprisingly often from golfers who develop knee pain.
Sometimes they've been told they have arthritis.
Sometimes they've had an MRI showing "wear and tear."
Sometimes they're simply finding that walking the course, tackling slopes, or playing multiple rounds is becoming more difficult.
The problem is that many golfers assume knee pain automatically means they need to stop playing.
In reality, that's often far from the truth.
Over the years, I've worked with many golfers who have continued enjoying the game they love despite arthritis, previous injuries, surgery, and ongoing knee problems.
That's one of the reasons I've created my latest free guide:
🏌️ **Keeping Golfers on the Course Despite Knee Pain**
Inside, I cover:
✅ The 7 most common mistakes golfers make when managing knee pain
✅ Why stopping activity completely is rarely the answer
✅ Practical physiotherapy strategies to help you stay active
✅ Simple exercises to improve strength, balance and confidence
✅ How to manage flare-ups more effectively
