We just hit 1,000+ people using FatigueSense.

One month ago, this app launched. Today, people in the UK, US, Netherlands, Australia and more are using it every day to track their energy envelope, get alerted before they go too far, and prevent crashes before they happen.

The app works with whatever wearable you already have (Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin, Oura, Samsung Galaxy Watch, WHOOP, and more) or just your iPhone. No subscription. No premium version. Free, always, for the pacing features that matter.

If you know someone who has just been diagnosed with ME/CFS, long COVID, or any disabling fatigue condition and is trying to understand pacing, please share this with them. Finding the right tools early makes a real difference.

Know your fatigue before it hits. FatigueSense turns your smartwatch into an early-warning system for post-exertional crashes, learns your personal limits, and helps you pace your day before the crash, not after.
Built for ME/CFS, Long COVID, cancer-related fatigue, and persistent fatigue. Free, and being built as part of research at Newcastle University.

For people living with ME/CFS, Long COVID, fibromyalgia, and other fatigue-related conditions, the challenge isn’t always the activity itself. It’s what happens afterwards.

Post-Exertional Malaise (PEM) can occur 12 to 72 hours after physical or mental exertion. By the time symptoms appear, the damage may already be done.

That’s why we built the PEM Monitor in FatigueSense.

Using data from your wearable device 📊, including Heart Rate Variability (HRV), Resting Heart Rate (RHR), and activity patterns, FatigueSense identifies early warning signals that may indicate an increased risk of PEM before you feel it.

✔ Personalised to your unique baseline, not population averages
✔ Explains which physiological signals are elevated and why
✔ Provides practical recommendations to help reduce your risk of a crash 🧠
✔ Helps you better understand how your body responds to exertion

If you’re managing ME/CFS, Long COVID, fibromyalgia, or any condition where Post-Exertional Malaise is a concern, FatigueSense is designed to help you make more informed decisions about your energy and activity levels.
