Your body is talking to you, those aches and pains, headaches, sleep disruption, are all symptoms of a nervous system that is not coping.

Often I talk to people who tell me they too have Reiki qualifications but never use it, I get it, life gets busy, work, family commitments can take up a lot of our time and energy, our regular reiki practices can get shelved until next week, and before you know it weeks turn into months, the certificates you were so proud of are in a drawer somewhere, and occasionally you long to return to those feelings of peace and serenity, or maybe you saw yourself helping others or running your own practice but don’t know where to start?
The Reiki Practitioner circle is launching on 1st June, belonging to a community of Reiki Practitioners might be the first step in reconnecting with Reiki, it never left you, you don’t need to start again, you just need to belong 💜
