I'm going to be running the WhatsApp group in January. It's an important ritual for me, and I hope you can join too 🥰

Every day, we will have an authentic check-in and share something that we are grateful for. We will tend to our inner flames and be nourished by the light of each other ✨️✨️✨️

This is free to join, but we can agree as a group on a charity if anyone wants to make a small donation.

A Happy New Year to you and yours. Things remain very quiet on the business front, if you've met my children you'll understand 😂. Everything has its season and its time will come again when the timing is just right.

I plan to continue my virtual WhatsApp offerings in 2024, starting with the next one beginning on January 1st. This will be a 31-day daily mindfulness group, featuring the much loved authentic check-in, gratitude practice, sharing of good news and beautiful photos, lots of laughs, connections and support 🥰🥰🥰

This month we are going to be raising money to support Llewellyn's marathon fundraising efforts...a noble cause indeed. Any donation will be much appreciated but as always you are welcome to take part free if charge if money is an issue 🤗

It's that time of year again!

Starting on the 1st September, we will connect each morning in a lovely virtual space (via WhatsApp) and share our check-in, intentions and gratitude for the day. Allow me and the other participants to hold space for you, all the messy and beautiful parts of you, as we practice living more mindfully in line with our personal values.

For this offering I will be collecting donations for Tourettes Support NI, I will share a link to the donation site or if you are local I'm happy to take a cash donation.

September is a great time for a reset, to align with the wisdom of nature and gently tend to our inner worlds. This space will allow you the opportunity to share, connect and prioritise what is important to you heading into autumn.

It's hard to put into words the magic that happens in these little spaces , the light we share, the parts of ourselves that are witnessed and held in love, the heartfelt sharings, the gratitude, the authenticity, the sunrises and so much more....

To create a container for all these beautiful things is one of my most favourite callings and the sacredness of it all feels like an invitation, an invitation to show up, take up space and tune into who we are and the light that surrounds us and essentially is us. What an absolute honour and delight ✨✨✨

Still very much in business hibernation mode this weather...it has been a wonderful opportunity to practice trust and patience in this sacred liminal space.

I am planning to run my WhatsApp Mindfulness Group this January if you would be interested in joining me. It is completely free to join or you can make a small donation if you wish (this time I'm going to collect for The Welcome Organisation).

Huge thanks to all the women who joined me for the September Mindfulness groups. 14 people, in two groups, came together to show up authentically, practice gratitude and support each other in wonderful ways.

I had the absolute joy of sharing the donations raised with the foodbank today, a grand total of £200! What an amazing collective effort! Thanks to each and everyone of you for making it happen. I hope to run this again in January, keep an eye out closer to the time if you'd like to try it out for yourself ✨✨✨

I was delighted to meet some new faces at Nursery this morning and I was blown away by their enthusiasm to try out all of my mindful activities 😍 Here is what we were up to today...

Mindful art activity exploring feelings and colours 🎨

Such a wonderful bunch of kids, I am looking forward to getting to know them over the next few weeks ☺️ and hopefully working on my camera skills, I tend to get so immersed in it all that I forget!
