Are you ready to put your wellbeing business in front of an engaged, like-minded audience? 🌿💫

Applications are now open for the Newcastle Wellbeing Expo 2027 a vibrant 2-day event celebrating health, wellness, spirituality, self-care and holistic living.

There have been moments recently where I genuinely didn’t know if I had the capacity to take this forward.

After a period of illness that is still ongoing, I’ve had to meet myself in a very real way… slower, softer, and far more honest about my energy, my limits, and what truly matters.

And if I’m really honest, there were times I questioned whether the Newcastle Wellbeing Expo would happen at all.
But something in me wouldn’t let it go.

After a long conversation with one of my closest confidants, someone who truly inspired me to see this differently, with support I found my way back to it.

And as part of. new team we are genuinely delighted to be bringing this together again.

Because this isn’t just an event.
It’s something I believe in. Deeply.
It’s about connection.
It’s about bringing people together who are doing meaningful, powerful work in the world of wellbeing.
It’s about creating a space where people can explore, learn, feel, and come home to themselves.

So instead of pushing through in the old way, I paused… I listened… and together as a team we rebuilt...

A new team.
A new vision.
A new drive.

And from that place, something even stronger is emerging.

✨ The Newcastle Wellbeing Expo 2027 is happening. ✨

Not because it’s been easy…
but because some things matter too much to give up on.

And now… we are collectively opening the doors.

Calling in facilitators, practitioners, and aligned businesses who would love to exhibit.
