One of the key conversations on our stand at Cereals Event last week wasn’t about product.
It was about something much more fundamental:
👉 water quality
Because for many growers, spray performance isn’t just about what goes in the tank - it’s about the water it goes into.

With ~70% of farms using moderately hard to very hard water for spraying, knowing the actual hardness level of the water is crucial.

On the stand we focused on a few simple steps:

✔️ testing water hardness - how and what the results mean
✔️ conditioning water before adding products - why it matters
✔️ Dosing water conditioner according to water hardness

👉 getting this right is one of the easiest ways to improve consistency in the field.

There was plenty of interest in our new Phosphate Stewardship Guide, while water quality and herbicide performance also continues to be a major focus of discussion for supporting crop efficacy.

The Indestructible Hilux - crowds around it all day, cameras out, conversations everywhere.

But the real takeaway wasn’t the vehicle itself.
It was what it represented:
👉 performance that holds under pressure

That’s the thinking behind our Dare to be Different campaign.
Because in the field, inconsistency isn’t just frustrating - it costs:
⚠️ missed areas
⚠️ variable control
⚠️ reapplication

The point is simple:
if it doesn’t perform when conditions aren’t perfect, it doesn’t perform.

The Indestructible Hilux wasn’t just a feature at Cereals Event 2026 - it became one of the most talked-about moments of the show.

But it wasn’t there just for attention.
It was the anchor for our Dare to be Different campaign - using an iconic symbol of endurance to explore a serious point:

👉 In farming, performance only matters if it holds up under pressure.
That thinking sits behind everything we do - from pellet durability to consistency in the field.

It became the focal point for something bigger:
👉 our Dare to be Different campaign - and a simple question:
what does performance under pressure really look like in farming?

That conversation carried right across the stand.
A huge thank you to everyone who came to see us, stopped to talk, and shared their perspectives.

Our Red Diesel Competition is now closed - winners will be contacted shortly.

We’ll be sharing more from the campaign and our presence at over the coming days.

Hit the right stage BBCH 80-82, pods green and bendy - and you’ll:
✅ Protect pods as they mature
✅ Reduce the risk of pod shatter
✅ Hold onto more yield through to harvest
It’s a small decision that can have a big impact.
