New area at Back Doune The Rabbit Hole!

We're sneaking something special into Back Doune the Rabbit Hole. Say hello to The Secret Garden!

It's not often you'll find a spa at a festival, so we're mega excited to be adding this to the mix for 2026.

Down by the river and away from the main arena, you'll find hot tubs, a one of a kind horsebox sauna, a yurt sauna, cold plunge barrels and plenty of cosy chill-out spots. You'll also find healthy snacks and drinks to enjoy.

Your spa ticket gets you 1.5 hours of relaxation before you head back into the thick of the weekend. Bookable in advance for a small additional fee, helping us keep numbers low and the space calm and uncrowded.

Spaces are seriously limited, and we don't expect them to stick around for long.

Next up: Newport Festival!

We’ll be open for public sessions on Saturday 20th June as part of the !

Open 7-9am for the early birds to catch the morning high tide and from 5-8pm for enjoying the evening high tide at 8:15pm.

Perfect way to start the busy day or unwind in the evening. We’ll have the plunge pool set up on the pier too.

Last weekend the sauna was parked up at .house near Pitlochry for a wellness weekend hosted by the brilliant

The weekend was stacked full of workshops including stretch and conditioning, Pilates, Tai Chi, Yin Yoga, a harpist and inspirational speakers.

The horsebox was added this year for a place to unwind and connect in the evenings.

Big thanks to Jennie for having us along, Dave for helping with the set up and Jack .house for having us in your wonderful grounds!

NEW EXCLUSIVE RUN CLUB LOCATION!

Really looking forward to this one…

We’ll be rolling into Tentsmuir Forest on the 6th and 7th of June, parking up at the wonderful !

- 5km casual runs starting and ending at Salt and Pine.

- 9am meet both Saturday and Sunday, with a sauna and optional dip at the beach afterwards.

Social sessions will also run in the sauna from 11am - 7pm both Saturday and Sunday.

are hosting live bands and DJ’s all weekend, plus lots of great food and drinks. Shaping up to be a cracker and we’re excited to be part of it!

This past weekend’s spot was something special! The sauna was set up at the picturesque Dungarthill House for a weekend of celebration and the views over the gardens didn’t disappoint.

We hope the Horsebox added an element of charm to the weekend and you all enjoyed yourselves in the heat!
