What is one thing you could you do today that could start a new healthy habit.

It might be something you STOP doing

Spare a moment to find that thing... the negative self talk, the mindless snacking, the thing you're avoiding

Find a thing that you want to change and just for today, make that change and see what happens

Its a reward, something for me, I deserve it..

Just some of the things that clients say is the reason they use co***ne.

We all need that release, that reward, something to look forward to - but the reality for so many is that after a while that reward becomes a compulsion - an addiction and a cycle of niggling thoughts, lying , using, regret and shame become a pressure loop that controls their lives - all the while slowly eroding their happiness and the happiness of those around you.

Most of the time we are completely unaware of the real reason why we feel the way we do

It's not until life becomes unbearable that we seek help to get relief from the anxiety, stress, addiction etc

This is a pressure loop, the body actually gets addicted to the stress chemicals that being constantly on the go creates!
