2 large, ripe avocados (peeled and pitted)
40g good quality cocoa or cacao powder
60ml maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
60ml unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of choice)
1 tsp vanilla extract
A tiny pinch of sea salt
To serve: Fresh raspberries and a sprig of mint.
