Have you ever wondered if you are B12 deficient?
Impaired digestion, low stomach acid, vegan diets, pernicious anaemia can all cause B12 deficiency so it's easily done and easily missed.
Low B12 symptoms may include extreme tiredness, tinnitus, low mood, sore tongue, pale skin, breathlessness and with severe deficiency neurological symptoms such as tingling and muscle weakness although there are many more.
