In every moment, infinite possibilities exist.

Turning left or right.

Turning up for work. Or not.

Running for the bus.

Running away with the circus.

Making dinner.

Making the choice to get a takeaway.

Making a break for the sea, the woods, the hills.

Agreeing to keep the peace.

Not.

What we think we *must* do often has more choice available within it than we think. Yes, there may be rock and hard place choices but there are choices.

What does your week look like, your tomorrow. What *must* you do?

Must you? What choices - even if you won't take them - can you find?

How many of us - women, and increasingly men - treat our bodies as the enemy - something to be controlled, tamed, kept under control?

What would it be like to treat it as a friend?

Someone we love, unconditionally exactly as they are.

Who we will love if they change, because they are still them.

Of whom we require nothing more than time in their presence.

Who we want the best for - the best food, sleep, happiness, health.

What would that be like, for you?

We change - right?

The person we were yesterday, that did those things, that made those decisions - that person knows more today.

That person can make different decisions today.

That person can apologise if they need to, create a boundary if they need to. Make a different decision.

That person has a whole blank sheet in front of them.

We all do. Every day.

If we chose to see it.

There could be lots of reasons why we decide something is impossible.

Because we can't see the way.

Because we don't have the money or the time.

Because we tried before and it didn't work.

Or maybe, because *whispers* deep down we don't want to and are kind of relieved to 'not be able' to.

If we really, truly want something, we do everything we can to get it, to make it happen.

What's 'impossible' for you, that you really want?

Do you, really, want it?

is it, really, impossible?

We all know that physical exercise is good for us - whether we're doing any, some, none - we know. We hear it.

For many of exercise is on the long list of things that we feel guilty for not doing - or not doing enough of. Or not doing right, or not enjoying as much as we 'should'.

All those shoulds.

All those external voices.

But who tell us that we also need stillness?

Silence.

No action.

In the silence and the stillness of mediation - even the busy headed thought filled ones - we make sense of what's happening, what's happened.

The stillness makes sense of ous, to us.

Take rest. Take action.

And again....

We can never be all things to all people.

For one thing, there are about 8 billion others.

We can never be the version of ourselves that 8 billion other people will like, approve of - we'd need 8 billion versions.

Contoring ourselves to fit the mould that others want us to be in won;t work.

Compromising ourselves to be someone else won't work.

So, logically, we can never please everyone else.

So, logically, the only thing we can do, is believe in our own self.

Be happy with our own self.

Accept our own self.

It's the only, authentic, way.

Close your eyes

Ignore the other voices - the demands, the shoulds, the to do list

Say thank you and ignore the well meant advice, the old patterns and behaviours to keep you safe.

Listen.

What makes you *you*?

What do *you* want?

Then go and get it it.

Whatever your 'right' is, if you can look back at the end of a life and think, 'Yes, that was right' - that's it.

How much of your time are you spending on things you won't look back at that way?

What would happen if you didn't...?
