The last few weeks have been busy with EFT sessions, and I’ve been so grateful to support people through a wide range of challenges — including fears, trauma, grief, health anxiety, and perimenopause symptoms.

EFT (tapping) can help calm the nervous system, release emotional overwhelm, and create a greater sense of balance and wellbeing. Many people find it helps them feel lighter, more grounded, and better able to cope with everyday life.

If you’re struggling with something similar, or you’re curious about how EFT could help you, please get in touch for more information — I’d love to chat 💛

Emotions aren’t just something we think about — we feel them physically too.

You might recognise some of these:

• That tight chest when anxiety kicks in
• A heavy feeling that comes with sadness
• Warmth or openness when you’re happy
• Heat or tension when you’re angry

There’s growing evidence that emotions show up in the body, not just the mind. That’s why approaches like tapping (EFT) work with both — helping you move through feelings instead of getting stuck in them.

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by your emotions, you’re definitely not alone 🤍

Feeling a little stuck, overwhelmed, or out of balance?

I’ve recently opened up space for a few more tapping clients and would love to support you if you’ve been thinking about trying it.

EFT is a gentle, calming approach that combines tapping on specific points of the body with guided focus. It can help you process and release what’s been weighing on you — without needing to relive everything in detail.

People often come to EFT for support with:

• Stress and anxiety
• Trauma / Past experiences that still feel present
• Overthinking or feeling emotionally overwhelmed
• Low mood or lack of motivation
• Confidence and self-esteem
• Fears and phobias
• Sleep issues
• Emotional blocks or feeling “stuck”

Sessions are relaxed, supportive, and always at your pace.

If you’re curious or want to know more, feel free to message me — I’m happy to chat and answer any questions 🤍

This week in sessions I’ve been supporting clients with…

• anxiety and feeling constantly on edge

• body dysmorphia and struggles with body changes

• childhood experiences still impacting the present
• physical pain linked to stress

• sleep issues and busy minds at night

• low focus and productivity

This is the kind of work we do with EFT—gently getting to the root of what’s going on, so your body can start to release it rather than holding onto it.

It’s always so powerful to see things begin to shift in a calm, supported way 💛

If any of this resonates, my 1:1 sessions are open—feel free to message me 🤍

The hardest part of trauma isn’t always what happened. Sometimes it’s the way it stays in your body…

The sudden anxiety.
The overthinking.
The feeling that you’re never truly safe.

A sound, a smell, a situation and suddenly your heart is racing again.

Trauma lives in the nervous system, not just the memory. Your nervous system learned to protect you, but it can also learn to feel safe again. Tapping works gently with the body’s stress response, helping release stored emotional tension and calm the nervous system, it helps regulate that response by calming the brain and body, allowing the emotional intensity to soften.

Healing doesn’t mean forgetting, it means your body no longer has to stay stuck in survival mode.

I've had a busy few months in my EFT practice – and I’m so grateful for every single client who has trusted me with their journey.

Over the past few months, I’ve supported both adults and children, young and old, with challenges including:

• Travel anxiety
• Food avoidance
• Self-belief and confidence
• Childhood trauma
• OCD
• Health anxiety
• Addiction
• Tics

It’s been incredible to see the shifts that are possible when we gently work with the root causes of these struggles. EFT is such a powerful, compassionate tool for helping people feel calmer, more in control, and more like themselves again.

If you or someone you know is struggling with any of the above, please know you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Feel free to message me for a chat or to book a session 💛

Anxiety isn’t always a thought problem, If your chest feels tight, your stomach is knotted, or you’re always on edge — your nervous system is stuck in survival mode.

That’s not weakness. That’s your body asking for safety. EFT (tapping) works directly with the nervous system to help it calm, regulate, and release stored stress.

If anxiety lives in your body, EFT can help. DM me to learn what support could look like for you.

Not all energy you feel is yours

Your brain is wired to scan for danger—and sometimes it misfires, creating anxiety that feels very real.

EFT helps calm the nervous system, so you can tell the difference between what’s happening now and what your body is reacting to from the past.

The brain’s job is to protect you. But when it’s overstimulated, it can mistake memory, stress, or others’ emotions for danger—triggering anxiety.

Tapping gently signals safety to the nervous system, helping your body release what isn’t yours and return to calm.

If your mind feels busy, your body tense, and everything feels like too much lately, this is your reminder that nothing is “wrong” with you.

Anxiety, overwhelm, and that constant feeling of being on edge are signs of a nervous system that’s been working overtime.

EFT tapping helps calm the body first, so the mind can follow.

- No pressure to “talk it out” or force positivity.
- Just gentle, evidence-based support to help you feel steadier and more in control.

You don’t have to manage everything alone.
If your system is asking for rest, we can listen to it together.
