The last few weeks have been busy with EFT sessions, and I’ve been so grateful to support people through a wide range of challenges — including fears, trauma, grief, health anxiety, and perimenopause symptoms.
EFT (tapping) can help calm the nervous system, release emotional overwhelm, and create a greater sense of balance and wellbeing. Many people find it helps them feel lighter, more grounded, and better able to cope with everyday life.
