Throwback to last year!

During my off seasons (phases of which I’m pushing my food up for gain, muscle growth, strength etc) - I tend to push the needle quite far in that regard.

I never mind getting properly chubby.

Is it required? No. In fact I was suggest against it and do so to my clients.

When you’re gaining, only a small increment of intake is required.

Is it fun? Absolutely 🤪

People are now mid way through or perhaps beginning diets for summer. Most importantly tip:

Steady does it.

Be intense. Deliver a high work ethic, and work fu***ng hard.

However, pace yourself. Don’t make this just another “ weight loss phase “.

I coach many on weight loss. I also coach many on reshaping their physiques, be it bodybuilder, looking fuller and stronger, or just improving your health

A tip for the tits…. I mean pecs

Sometimes get clients or general questions about how to build a larger chest or struggling to “ feel “ it during push exercises.

My suggestion - try a LIGHT cable or pec dec first, (only perform three quarter reps) and drive blood into the chest.

Come off it, cusp and press your hands together under your chest to drive more blood, and hold it.

Repeat this 2-3 times, and carry on as normal.

Let me know how it feels next chest day 😘
