It’s not common to see a complete ACL rupture ‘walk’ in. This client is waiting for a total knee replacement so in the meantime I’m using all my soft tissue skills to keep the muscles, tendons and fascia as healthy as possible alongside dry needling to reduce inflammation and keep pain under control.

What else? Oh yes pre hab isometric muscle contractions … very important!

Is it painful? Nope not now but descending stairs is tricky due to the instability of the knee without that ligament.
